My sister is experiencing some problems when she is calling someone regarding the earpiece. It sounds muffled and is difficult to hear. There is no visible debris in the speaker grill, and she has tried restarting the phone. Any ideas?

Thank you! This should solve the problem, I don't think it's an issue with the cellular provider, so this should work.
