I have an older version of VPN that is actually listed in settings. My iPad has been upgraded to 13.0. I click on the VPN in settings and it is about configuration? There is no delete button. How do I get rid of it please? I have reset my network settings to no help.

On my IPad which is 5th Generation serviced up to 13.01 I think I see no heading for Profiles . I have had this for years the VPN but wanted to get rid as my husband says they have gone out of business?! Maybe I should go to an Apple store it is so frustrating. It is lodged in under general settings where for example Font is etc

Try looking in Settings > General > Profiles for the VPN. You would need to delete the VPN from there.
