Incoming caller id not working
I have an SE & got a new SIM card, after the last iOS update my caller id is not working. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Head to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and ensure this is enabled.

Incoming Caller ID has nothing to do with any settings on your device. That is controlled by the carrier and the caller.
Things can change without your knowing it. You can check with the carrier, or you can restore your phone, or you can just forget about it. Those are the choices at this point.
Thanks, have tried this several times. Switching phone on & off as well.

Thanks, my husband and I are on the same plan & his works but he has an iPhone 8. The weird thing is if I get text or WhatsApp messages it shows the caller id.
Thanks, I understand what you mean, but it’s only happened since the last iOS update. Before the update it was all working fine.

Being on the same cellular plan means nothing. You can have multiple phones with different settings. Again, your phone is not the problem. Caller ID comes from the people calling you. You can contact your carrier if you wish, but I would say to let your friends know.
