NO CALLER ID (Incoming Calls)

I saw a video on social media about iPhone in which there were 4 codes following

1) *#06# for IMEI no.

2) *#31# for Hide identity for all calls.

3) #31# for Hide Identity for one call.

4) *43# for Get notified while on Hold and #43# to OFF this.

So I tried all four of these just for fun but now if anyone one is calling me shows NO CALLER ID. I can't even call back on NO CALLER ID as well. I watched so many videos on YouTube to fix it. Also called my SIM card customer service. Reset all the settings too. But not able to FIX this problem which is with INCOMING CALLS ONLY.

Please help me out if anyone can. Thanks

Contact your cellular carrier. Caller ID is a carrier feature.
