Virus Related information

Yesterday I searched a 18+ website and from then I am getting a virus message. It says that a virus has been detected in your iPhone and it can damage your iPhone and battery. From then my battery pick performance and charging time has also decreased. Please help me. I have attached a screenshot also.

It's a scam.

Close the web page and move on. There are no viruses in iOS.
