For some reason none of the videos (old , new, recorded on iPhone or produced elsewhere) have any sound all of a sudden. These are all videos that had sound before but now on playback there is no sound. Volume is all the way up. I get sound when I use the music player, YouTubeTV and Apple Movies but none of the 100's of videos in my photos album have any sound.
Thanks. I didn't realize there was a separate volume mute for the photos app. That solved it
Look for this collection of icons; see if this doesn’t solve your issue. I think the photos app has changed playback of videos to silent by default, that to where you’d have to press the speaker icon to hear the sound from the video. It is the 4th icon from the left going right with line going through the speaker. If I understand your question that might help you.
