I uploaded a video to shared albums and the sound stopped working.

It sounds like your video isn't including audio. We can help.

Can you confirm if the original video stored on your device has audio available? IF it does, what happens if you share it again?

If it doesn't have audio, do any of your videos play audio correctly? If not, let's Adjust the volume on iPhone and see if there is any change.
