loose phone screen

My phone screen came loose the other day at the top of the phone. looked like the glue kind of gave up and stopped being sticky. as i pushed it down i could hear the stickyness of the glue but it just popped back up again. would this cost me much to fix? or is it a factory issue, like the glue wasn't strong enough?

it's an iphone X, if that helps.
