Google Chrome Helper attempted to access a secure website https://157.240.26.x

I used the new ScreenTime for OSX in Catilina.

Using the same feature I have used on my iPhone to block Time wasting sites has created an annoying popup the comes up every 10-30 seconds when I browse in Chrome or Brave.

Screen Time restricts access to secure websites. To add this website to your list, click Add Website."

In my case, the https:// is either the number above with one of a few last digits in place of the "x" I wrote, or it is Facebook.com.

The 157... numbers happens anytime I open a new webpage. Facebook.com happens every thirty seconds or so no matter what page I am on. I assume this is because FB is trying to track usage on almost EVERY page on the internet.

Either way, it makes for a very frustrating browsing experience.

The Blocking method I have employed, it to go into Screen Time settings. Then I choose "Content & Privacy". Then I choose "limit Adult Websites". Then I choose "customize". Then I add the sites I want to quit wasting time on to the "restricted" list.

The similar method on IOS has worked great for my on my phone in Safari, Brave, and Chrome. It only works in Safari for OSX Catalina.
