Screen time on Mac not blocking YouTube website as expected

I was trying to block a few websites in screen time as a way to avoid distractions working from home. However youtube seems to have a way to bypass the restrictions. All the other websites in my restricted list are blocked with the exception of https://www.youtube.com. Has anyone encountered this before? (How) did you get it solved? Thanks for any help!

Devices: mac mini 2018, macbook pro 15 2015

OS: Monterey 12.0.1

Alternative if using Safari >> Preferences >> Websites tab >> " Auto Pay" category, third from top >> toggle Block

Many thanks for the advice!

However I'm not seeing the 'Block'; the only options on my end are 'Allow all Auto-Play', 'Stop Media with Sound' and 'Never Auto-Play'. None of these serve to prevent me from accessing YouTube.

Apparently Monterey introduces some bugs in Screen Time. I'll just rely on my self-discipline for now.
