Just recently noticed that when there is no longer the option to put Facetime calls on hold when another incoming call, either Facetime or regular call, comes in? I used to be able to put the Facetime call on hold, but with the most recent update to iOS 13 it seems to have gone away. Is this option gone now?

The only options are to decline the call or hang up and accept the call. The option to put the current call on hold is no longer available. This occurs with either a regular incoming call or an incoming FaceTime call.

Let's do some testing to narrow down the issue. Does this also happen when you are connected to Wi-Fi? Tap Settings and turn on AirPlane Mode for a moment and then turn it off. Are you now able to hold the current call and accept an incoming call?
If not, restart your iPhone with the steps in the article below. Then test again.
