Just updated to Catalina and my Final Cut Pro no longer works. Where do I find the latest update to Final Cut Pro, nothing comes up in the App Store.

What version do you have? Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase it and check the Purchased page. If it’s there you may just need to move the current version to the trash.

You need to follow the advice about the Accessibility settings:

go to to System Preferences->Accessibility->Display and turn OFF both “reduce transparency” and “increase contrast”.

After I updated to Catalina, I can't use any of the dropdown menus in FCP. I have deleted and reinstalled but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

I moved current version of FCP to trash and downloaded latest version from App Store. No change.
