However, you are not running MacOS kernel, because you have modified it with these invasive third-party extensions.

Kaspersky scare-ware should be the first to go. It wastes resources and is likely the cause of your grief. It does nothing for you except cause kernel panics over things that are no threat to your already well-protected Macintosh computer.
