Try an SMC reset.

Is the power adapter plugged in?

Hi! Have the same problem, tried to do SMC reset and it's doesn't help (Macbook air 2018). Maybe you have any other suggestions?

Did you perform the correct SMC reset? I believe you have the model with the T2 chip.
