Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you, not Dear Customer, Dear Client or by using your e-mail address.  The e-mail will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more. Apple e-mails will never contain an attachment. Apple will never request personal information by email such as Social Security numbers, your Mother’s maiden name or full credit card numbers .

The only exception to the above I have noticed is if you order something from the Apple Store (apple.com), your receipt will be addressed to Dear Apple Customer. That is a receipt for a purchase you initiated.

Is your credit card on your son's account? Is Family Sharing set up? Have you checked his subscriptions?

Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple

Just to be safe, you might want to consider changing his password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Hi Eric,

As far as I know ... No...my credit card has never been on his account ... He is a grown man (50) and has his own life. I did add him to family sharing a couple months ago, but cancelled it, I thought a couple days ago to see if that was it. I never knew it would cost to set up family sharing anyway.

Here is the Order #: **** Document No. **** ... Apple ID ****@ bellsouth.net which he doesn't even use. Mine is ****@ me.com ...

It says Pro Features Weekly Automatic Renewal ... and it is $23.99 a year but bills weekly.

I will tell him to change his password ... but it just seems weird.

He is checking everything again, but we are surprised as we don't even know what ProFeatures is. So appreciate your help. Can't seem to get anyone on the phone .. this is one of the issues that I don't know where to call.

What do you mean consider a 'name change.'?

Thank you.

Eric .. something isn't working. I'm still get the bill, but I have no purchases for the ProFeatures at 2.99 a week and it renewed AGAIN this month. Please help. We checked both my son's and my history .. nothing there that says ProFeatures for Michael Lewin ... Can you investigate. Here is the email again:

Dear Michael,The following subscription will renew soon:Keepsafe Premium — Hide Photos (1 year) - $23.99/year starting Nov 18, 2019.To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date.To learn more or cancel, review your subscription.

Eric, I appreciate your help, but apparently that was not a spam / scam email that I received regarding being charged 2.99 every two weeks for something that is addressed to my son's email, but is being charged to my account. I thought maybe it was that I had added him to my Apple Sharing iTunes, but I cancelled that and I still received and am receiving bills being charged to my Visa Credit Card. Please resolve this as soon as possible and let me know how I can avoid that in the future. Here are the emails and charges. I am being charged for Keepsafe Photo membership at 23.99 per year and being charged every month .. I DID NOT ORDER THAT NOR DID MY SON AND HE WOULDN'T CHARGE IT TO MY ACCOUNT ANYWAY. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I CAN'T seem to attached a photo ... but here is a cut and paste of one that has my son's email which is a very old old old email ... but is charged to us.
