My identity has been used to start an Apple account. I get an email every month, not the bills themselves, it’s a copy. What do I need to do?

AppleID So, I upgraded my iCloud storage and got the receipt in my email. The billing address in that email is one I haven’t lived in over 2 years. I’ve gone through Apple ID, Apple Pay, my contact info, and the like and cannot figure out where or why that is.

By your identity, do you mean your email address was used to create an Apple ID or is your Apple ID being used?
