Why am I getting a message almost everyday to 'Update Apple ID Setting'.

What OS version are you using? 10.14 as your profile shows? Some people have solved that by logging out of System Preferences/iCloud and back in.
Try signing out/in again. If the doesn't work, what happens when you try to update the settings?
