Cursor Color

How do I change my (mouse) cursor color so as to improve its visibility? I am running High Sierra v. 10.13.6. I have looked but am unable to find anything. As "visual" as is Apple that there appears to no ready and easy fix is amazing after so many years... Help (and thanks)!

In System Preferences > Accessibility > Display you can increase the size of the cursor. I don't think you can change its color.
