Menu bar changes color with websites

How do I stop the menu bar at the top of my MAC from changing colors every time I change websites? It's not great for my vision. I rather have it stay white.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

Open Preferences on the Safari menu, click Tabs at the top of the Preferences window, remove check mark in front of "Show color on tab bar."
