Unable to download

Have 2 PDF files (showing size) (showing) stored in iCloud and visible on Pages but not highlighted like other files and when I tap on it it does nothing..

Unable to download folder from iCloud to iPad3 I am unable to download a folder of pdf-files from my iCloud Drive to the desktop (or any folder)on my iPad3 (which is new to me). When I click the "Select" button only 3 options appear at the bottom of the screen: New Folder, Move, Delete. (i.e. no cloud-download symbol appears).

Pages on iOS cannot open PDFs.

Go to the Files App instead of Pages, to open them.
