Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
Or try removing it yourself. See the following for a start:

Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Because I have a lot of pop ups, I installed this Mac cleaner and my computer hasn’t been the same since, a technician told me it’s. A virus, but then now I have other stuff popping up and I can’t use safari without the many pops ups . Something is on it and I paid to get it cleaned by an outside company and they just installed google chrome and told me not to use safari. It works better with google chrome.
If you are making an appointment to have a virus removed, you are wasting your time (and possibly money).
There are no viruses that affect macOS.
If you installed Adware, then use MalwareBytes Anti-Malware for Mac for free, in the comfort of your own home.
Why do you think you have a virus?
You should never listen to that technician ever again.
You installed Adware. MBAM should be able to remove it.
You've been had. Sorry.
