I upgraded my Sierra OS yesterday to Catalina without Time machine backup or normal backup. Now I experience different problem and my computer is slow. What can I do to downgrade back to Sierra OS. I also have Bootcamp and I don't want to loss it, but if the case is losing my bootcamp I don't mind. Thanks

1. Start up from macOS Recovery
To start up from macOS Recovery, turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold one of the following combinations on your keyboard. Command-R is generally recommended, especially if you never installed macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or later.
Command (⌘)-R
Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac.
Option-⌘-R
Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.
Shift-Option-⌘-R
Install the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available.
You need a Time Machine backup to restore to or start all over.
I only have time machine backup for the Catalina. I can't find that of Sierra
Gulp, can you afford to loose all your data?
If not I guess we should try to figure out your problems with Catalina.

Can’t work and I mistakenly deleted the macos Catalina I can’t boot my MacBook using internet connection because the Catalina can’t connect to the Iinternet because it has problems. I don’t know why
