I have a problem with my apple tv it’s not working at all I tried everything and in the screen it shows apple in one second and disappear I tried to connect it to my computer and there’s nothing in I tunes I need help please

and take note of the power requirement and the proper USB cable.
I tried everything i can’t find it in I tunes is there any brand of cable that works for apple type c
Do you have iTunes on your Mac or PC computer?
Get a general USB cable that supports data transfer (not just charging). It would not be included in the box. They are for sale from any outlet. Take note that the plugs on either end match the USB ports on the Apple TV and on your computer. That’s the requirement, nothing more.
If you don’t have what you need to connect, you can make a reservation at a Genius Bar or contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
