How can I downgrade from Catalina back to Mojave?

How can I downgrade from Catilina back to Mojave? Catilina has so many rich features that my MacBook Air can't keep up. It bogs down most when I open Apple Music. I can't multi-task at all when using Apple Music or the music app in general.

Catalina upgrade? If I upgrade to Catalina and don't like it, is it easy to downgrade to Mojave? If so, how would I do it? I've hated Mojave since the day I installed it, but at the time, I couldn't find instructions for downgrading to the previous version that were simple enough for a non-techie to try without risking other problems. I'm afraid that by upgrading to Catalina, I may be jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Thanks.

Is there a way to downgrade from big sur 11.3 back to 11.2? Updated my mac m1 today to bug sur 11.3, then i realized all my ios apps that were installed by using the ipa files stopped working. Just wondering if there is a way i can downgrade my mac back to 11.2. or does anyone know how to install ipa files onto mac m1 on big sur 11.3? Thank you

Use your backup to revert to the day before you loaded Catalina.
