Is there a way to downgrade from big sur 11.3 back to 11.2?

Updated my mac m1 today to bug sur 11.3, then i realized all my ios apps that were installed by using the ipa files stopped working. Just wondering if there is a way i can downgrade my mac back to 11.2. or does anyone know how to install ipa files onto mac m1 on big sur 11.3?
