After last iOS update there seems to be many problems including draft e-mails on iPad (2 x ghost send folder msgs as one) but more severe that e-mails you work on as drafts end up in no folder including draft! Any solution?

Try removing your Mail account from Settings > Passwords & Accounts then re-add it.
