iCloud and Keychain

Every second or third day, I get a message on my Mac stating that some functions of my iCloud will not be available unless I sign in again.

Now, I remain signed in, and every-time this message appears, it is my keychain that is suddenly "unticked". Even if I go through the process of singing in again into iCloud, and tick the bloody box, it appears ticked and the next moment it is unticked and greyed out again.

I do use the same iCloud account on my iPhone and MacBook Pro.

Please help, this is getting ridiculous.

As per this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT203783

  • On your Mac, did you use Keychain Access to reset your iCloud Keychain? If so, macOS deleted your iCloud Keychain items. Try setting up iCloud Keychain again. If you need to reset your Mac Keychain again, temporarily disable iCloud Keychain in iCloud Preferences before you reset your macOS Keychain.

Then reset the keychain from iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT202755
