Can’t update HomePod.

So I got my HomePod yesterday and as soon as I set it up and it works. So went into the home app and so that it was updating (downloading an update), at first I was like ok. Then it still continues to show me the same thing without any progress at all. Now it’s been more than 24 hours and a simple update like that shouldn’t last that long for sure. And whenever I click on it, it says HomePod not responding.

Anybody help, please.

Power cycle your HomePod. Reboot your iPhone. Try again.
