I have a subscription to an app ‘United We Stand’ essentially this is the digital version of a magazine/fanzine. The subscription was renewed via my iTunes account in April for 12months and shows up in my subscriptions as live until April 2020. However, when I go into the App after turning a couple of pages I come to a paywall to subscribe - but I’m already subscribed?!?
have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but same problem occurs still.
