Stopping the iCloud storage full message when using notes on iPad

Since I have upgraded the IOS on my iPad, I get the iCloud full message a LOT while I am using the notes. I use my notes app for work so it is a CONSTANT answering that stupid message while I am trying to use the app. I transferred all of the notes to the iPad instead of the cloud but it STILL gives me the message. How do I get rid of the message without deleting the notes. Because when I go in and try to keep the notes from saving to the cloud, it wants to delete from the iPad, no other option. I'm scared it will delete everything I transferred to the iPad from the cloud and they are vital to the work I do.

Hello,

In Settings > Notes enable On My iPad. In Notes you can migrate all of your notes from iCloud to Notes. You will still receive the iCloud Storage Full message as there is something else consuming iCloud Storage.

Hello,

Most likely you have other information stored in iCloud. If you wish to store your Notes in iCloud then you will need to either delete something else or purchase more iCloud space. Since you state you do not wish to purchase more iCloud space then you will need to delete something else in iCloud.

Hello,

You can manage iCloud storage in Settings > Tap your account > iCloud > Manage Storage.

I'm serious about not wanting to store them on the cloud. Only want to store them on my iPad. I truly do not want to store them in the cloud. If I delete them from the cloud, the message says that it will delete from the iPad too. Why can't I keep them on the iPad, delete them from the cloud and get rid of that VERY annoying message?
