Last week my iphne 6s dropped the find Frineds app . I cannot install it because remark is that it can not be used on this device.

On iOS 13, the find My Friends App was merged with the Find My iPhone app into a new app called "Find My".
This icon:
Find my Friends features can be found within that app under the "People" section.
