I cannot update my IPhone 6 to the 12.4 update and the 12.4.1 is already out, all my friends have updated but I just can’t and they can’t help me. It’s saying I’m not connected to internet but I have 3 bars of wi-fi please help!

It's no longer possible to install that version. Open Settings, General, then Manage Storage, delete it, and check for updates again; if you're using a beta profile, you may need to remove it.
