Hi, where to enter the verification code on the other device if i am offline?

thank you for your reply, here is the situation, when I open (settings) then (My name) to enter Apple ID, I getting those attached pictures. when i click on (Password & Security) i get the second attached picture. then it give me a six digits verification code. Answering your question, I got a code but i did not get notice in the other device to enter the code. yes. I have an internet connection.

Hi Eric, thanks for reply. I did not attempt to sign in somewhere. I get the code when i click on (Get verification code) on the picture above. it looks like an offline verification code!! because I did not get a notice on the other device!!

Because I got no choice! if you see the first picture i sent above you will see that both (Name, Phone Numbers, Email) and (Payment & Security) are blocked, I can not click them. when I click on the (Password & Security) I got the (Account Details Unavailable) message. i was thinking that when I click on Get verification code, I will get a notice in the other device, but i did not get any thing. even when I turn off WiFi and cellular, I can get the verification code.

I have tried many wifi and networks, nothing changed. also restart I have tried restart. I bought the new Iphone and I transfered all data from the old one to the new one, and still have the issue on both devices. It is looks like the issue is not on the device, but in my apple account.

I checked every things, they are all OK!
