Just got the Apple Watch Series 4 and I’m trying to update as it is required for installations. I have an IPhone XR and I’m trying to update to watchOS 5.3.2 but it says that there is 1 day remaining. What should I do? Is this really happening?
Apple watch 4 latest update is os6.0.1 so if your watch is saying os5.3.2 then I'm guessing that your phone doesn't have ios13,if this is the case then your best bet is to unpair the watch and update your phone then re pair the watch and then you should be offered watch os6 when you do a software update check.
What if I just updated my phone right before updating the watch? Why is it still giving the old software?
Update: restarted watch and IPhone and now I am given watchOS 6.0.1 but it is saying I have 3 days remaining on the update. Why is it taking so long?
