Hello,
I recently spilled water on my computer and the first thing I did is to turn it off, put it upside down and let it rest for two weeks. Today when I finally tried to put it on it started on a page where it says reset password. I can't move from this page.
thankfull for any help on what to do.

Any damage has already been done. If the laptop is working fine now, it may be fine or it could stop working later on if corrosion sets in on any of the electronics. The only concern is do you wait for an inconvenient time to find out there is a problem which needs repaired or do you deal with it on your terms at a more convenient time.
You can try running the Apple Diagnostics. Just because the diagnostics pass doesn't mean everything is Ok. Diagnostics are only useful when they report a failure.
I managed to restart it and now everything works perfectly!! Do you think i still should go and get it checked out if somethings wrong?
Click "Exit" at the bottom of the window and it should continue booting.
If your keyboard or trackpad don't work, then try an external USB keyboard and mouse since the laptop probably needs repaired.
