iTunes 12.9.0 not working on iMac (Mojave 10.14). White screen on Radio, Browse, Store

After upgrading iTunes to 12.9.0.164, it no longer allows me to access radio, browse and store. Just white screens. Plus, many songs and albums are not displaying correctly. I just purchased iPhone11 Pro and need to transfer the music that didn't come over from my iPhone 6. But I need to fix iTunes first!!


I have not upgraded to Catalina and don't plan to in near future do to possible incompatible drivers and apps. HOW DO I FIX iTUNES? Please help.

Try iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Cache.

Try holding down option+cmd as you launch iTunes to open it in safe mode.

Check for malware with a free trial of https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac.

Update Mojave to the latest version. You should be on 10.14.6 with iTunes 12.9.5.5.
