I need my daughters screen time lock code

After this last update my daughters screen code lock has changed. How do I know what it set to after this update?

And I can’t control the family sharing grind my phone if I don’t get this code

I need to change Screen Time setting on my daughters password but forgot my 4 digit Passcode and when I hit "Change Passcode" it asks for my old (forgotten passcode) and doesn't give me a "Forgot Passcode" option. How can I reset? also, the original device I used to set up family sharing (an iPad) failed so I can't make changes from that device.

you will have to erase the device and set it up as new.
