ive been using the Outlook mail client on my iPad for several years and using a html signature. Since the update to 13.1.3 my signature is displayed as html code.
does anyone have a way to get back to a correctly formatted signature?

Problem solved, more or less, the latest Outlook update to 4.9.0 has brought back the functionality of the signature. There is a minor issue in the html display, for lines with hyperlinks in that the text is spread over several lines when the email is being composed but I can confirm that its displayed correctly on the actual sent (and received) email.

I never found in Microsoft documentation a mention of that feature. Other sites were saying that it's not supported but I still started using it few years ago hoping it will stay. It had never worked on android Outlook app. Hopefully Microsoft will realize it's being use and will bring it back.
I have used MS outlook for iOS for years with my employers 365 enterprise account. HTML signatures have never worked reliably nor consistently for me. It does work fine with the third party app Mail+ though.
It's been reliable in my case. I'm hosting the image of the signature on my web server. The HTML code just align those image as well as adding the hyperlinks to the images.
Ok, the plot thickens, I may have unfairly blamed Apple for the problem, just noticed that my iPhone that’s still on iOS12 has the same issue.
Both the phone and iPad have installed updated versions of Outlook (4.8.0 & 4.8.1 respectively) in the last 2 days so it could well be down to that.
Does anyone have their signature working correctly with earlier versions of Outlook IOS?
I reached out to Microsoft and their response was generic and useless. Basically said they don't support it, Sorry.

Same problem here. I'm managing 30 iPad in our company and now everyone signature is broken. It's very frustrating trying to deal with Microsoft support for this issue.
Really odd that Microsoft say they don’t support it, I’ve been using it fine for a few years. Did they mean they used to support it but that stopped or they have never supported it?
Not the case for me. At first, it was broken, and just showed code. Now the HTLM shows, still out of format and when viewing on other devices it’s still screwed up.
