"caps lock" button ipad os

After updating to iPad OS 13.1.3 and using the Apple Smart Keyboard, the caps lock button now changes the keyboard language. So, it's functioning the same as the World Key does. Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what might fix it?

I'm using an iPad Pro 10.5" Wifi+Cellular with the Apple Smart Keyboard.

With the keyboard connected, go to settings > general > keyboard and turn off the item that talks about using Caps Lock to switch keyboards.
