Smart hardware keyboard cap lock key does nothing

We'd like to continue ruling out some possible causes, along with learning more about what's happening:

1. When did enabling the Caps Lock key stop working?
2. Have tested if the same issue occurs while the keyboard is connected to a different device?
3. Any recent drops with the keyboard, or contact with any liquid?

Changing language via caps lock is always an option, but only visible when you have activated both Latin and non-Latin keyboards.
