Sometimes you need to hold down those keys before you actually power up your Mac. Give it a try ... even a few times.

If you still can't get your Mac into Recovery Mode, then it may be possible that the Recovery partition on your Mac is missing or corrupted ... and that your Mac is too old to have it in its firmware. If that is the case, you will need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to assist you with this.

Thanks, I connected my keyboard with the charging cable and it worked, I got the options for recovering. Unfortunately, I didn't have any earlier backups. I bought this IMac a few months ago and I didn't backup before yesterday. So, can I get the older macOS Mozave 10.14 anywhere? And, would it work if I get it and just copy it?

In the App Store I didn't find Mojave. However, finally, my Premiere Pro is working. I uninstalled it and didn't re-install right away, rather I waited about 7 days and during that time there were updates for both macOS Catalina 10.15.1 and most of the Adobe Apps. I updated everything and then installed the new updated Premiere Pro. During opening it, I checked 'Alow' Premiere Pro access to my documents. Now it's working. Thanks everyone.
