Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My visual voice mail quit working. I went to at&t. They suggested that it is an apple software problem.
We have an iphone7, two iPhone 8's and 2 iPhone Xs in the house. My Xs seems to be the only one with the problem.

Voice mail, including visual voice mail, is a carrier feature.
Call AT&T customer support (*611). The people in the stores can do anything about it. Your line needs to be re-provisioned.

That’s correct AT&T tells me that they are currently experiencing visual voice mail issues nationwide. No estimate as to when it will be resolved.
