How to get reupdate your iOS 13.3 to IOS 13.2

The current release of iOS is 13.2.3. If you have 13.3, that is beta-test software and is expected to have bugs. You should be able to switch to 13.2.3 by following the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203282
