Account Disabled
So I’m basically trying to enable my account because it randomly said its disabled & I can’t update my phone because of it.

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
