macOS Catalina error message with 1Password

I upgraded to macOS Catalina this week and when I use the 1Password app I receive the following error message:

The operation couldn’t be completed. /Users/Scott/Library/Application Scripts/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/1Password_Autosubmit.scpt:140:156: execution error: System Events got an error: osascript is not allowed to send keystrokes. (1002)

I had no issues using 1Password with previous mac OS upgrades.

Can someone please tell me how to resolve this issue?
