How to restore TWO macbook backups into ONE macbook? (Time Machine restore)

Hello,

I got a question about the time machine restore between multi-devices.

I have two macbook devices, MAC1 and MAC2.

There are two apple ID on the MAC1 and MAC2, ID1 and ID2.

They are backup by two different external HDD, TM1 and TM2.

Now I buy a new macbook, MAC3.

Is that possible to restore both of TM1 and TM2 into the MAC3 and separate to two user accounts (ID1 and ID2)?

Thank you.

To restore user accounts from Time Machine backups you would not use the Time Machine user interface but instead use the Migration Assistant tool.

With this you could restore or 'migrate' a user account from each back up to the same new laptop.
