Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Need_help-asap!

I understand that whenever you have your Bluetooth headphones connected to your MacBook Air, you're unable to stream videos or music. I'd be happy to provide information to help you troubleshoot this.

Try unpairing your headphones first: Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac

"Remove a Bluetooth device from your Mac

If you want to remove (unpair) a Bluetooth device from your Mac's device list, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth.
  2. Hover the pointer over the device you want to remove, then click the button  that appears next to the device's name."

After unpairing, restart your MacBook Air. Once you're logged in again, pair your headphones again and try playing a video or song.

Let us know the results.

Have a great day!
