My phone broke. And when I pair my new phone with my watch, all of this years data is missing

Trying not to lose Apple watch activity data after iPhone broken Hello. My iPhone is broken. I'm gonna bring it to a technician. I'm afraid I'm gonna lose all my data. I have my apple watch that was paired to this iPhone. I was about to pair it with an old iPhone I have by reseting it, but then I thought..."Will i lose all my activity data by doing that!!!??" After reading a while I see that if my iPhone didn't make a backup of the activity or the apple watch data, there is no way for me to get my apple watch data back. My question is...how can I check which data I have backup or not? Is there a website a service or something where I see my backup data in iCloud? thanks!

Did you setup watch as new?,to get your data back you need to restore it from a previous backup from either the cloud or itunes,if you dont have any previous backups then the data is lost.
