I have a MBP running Catalina and there is a new app showing up called "Player Location Check" that is asking that I allow access to my location. I cannot delete the app as it shows it is 'Open' and 'running'- I also cannot delete it by Activity Monitor. How can I get rid of this? Is it Malware? It appears to be some kind of Windows app and I have no idea how it infected my computer.

I understand that you’re unable to delete an app on your Mac, and I'm happy to help. You can try deleting the app after starting your Mac in safe mode:

Restarted in SAFE Mode and then successfully removed this app
'Player Location" I hope it stays gone as I cant figure out where it cam from.
I am running Mojave still.
