The iTunes Store (Windows version of iTunes) no longer allows me to preview songs. I click on the preview button and nothing happens. Before it took a few times to get the song to play, but now nothing. Same thing on another computer running a different version of iTunes.

Well, I think I found out why I can no longer preview songs in the store. Supposedly I'm being punished for using old versions of iTunes on my computers. (v10.7 on my primary computer and v11.4 on my secondary computer). I tired the mostly latest version on a third computer and it had no problem previewing songs. The downside is that I refuse to upgrade to v12 because it's not as easy or convenient to use as previous versions. I manage my mom's iTunes library (she has v12 because of a newer iPod that older versions did not support) and I can honestly say that it is a pain to use, especially when trying to add album artwork. (v12 removed the copy/paste and drag & drop support). I hope that these older versions of iTunes get the preview feature back, because I definitely don't want to upgrade to v12.
